Lease applicants sign their agreement and provide their deposit to lock in their spot. Weekend and daily renters pay at booking.

Your booth includes a chair, mirror, shampoo bowl access, WiFi, and a clean professional environment. You bring your tools, products, and clients.
We offer two blocks: Thursday through Saturday, or Friday through Sunday. Hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. You choose your block when you book.
Yes. Daily rentals are $35 and can be booked for any single day, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Full payment is required to secure your date. Your date is not held until it's paid, no exceptions.
Click "Book a Weekend" above, pick your date and block, complete a short intake form, and pay $75 to lock in your spot. Full payment is required at booking.
We offer 3-month and 6-month lease agreements at $125 per week for booths and $175 per week for suites. A weekly lease gives you full 7-day access, not just a weekend block.
Rent is due every Saturday by 7:00 PM. Auto-draft through Square runs automatically at 2:00 PM unless cash has already been paid in person before then. If your draft runs and fails and you haven't contacted us beforehand, you should not expect access to the studio that day.
A $150 deposit is required at signing to hold your space, whether booth or suite. It's refundable if you complete your full signed lease term (3 or 6 months) and leave the space clean, undamaged, and with rent paid in full. Leaving before your term ends forfeits the deposit.
Yes. Sign a booth or suite lease and your first week of rent is free. Your first payment is due the Saturday following your move-in date. This applies to signed lease agreements only, not weekend or daily rentals.
Yes. Private suites are $175 per week on a 12-month lease with full 7-day access. Each suite is enclosed with its own door and comes with a chair included. Application and deposit required.
Just tell us before your rent is due. A quick message goes a long way. Working without a processed payment isn't permitted, and an unpaid, uncommunicated week is treated as a week off rather than an open balance.

Mississippi requires licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail techs to hold a valid state license. Braiders and locticians should verify requirements with the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology. All renters must operate legally within their profession.
Yes, on-site parking is available for you and your clients.
Absolutely. Make it yours. Any major physical changes to the space require prior approval.
